[SKIN CONCERNS] I am unsure whether my son has blackheads or sebaceous filaments on his nose. Looking to you guys for removal suggestions. He really wants a clear nose. (Pic inside)

He washes his face regularly, uses Stridex pads & Bioré deep cleansing pore strips (without any success). I don't know much about blackhead nor sebaceous filaments so I am looking here for help. Pic of his nose for reference... Thanks in advance.
