Beauty Tips For Body Care
Okay so im a female, oily skin, 18 and suffer from acne since like forever. I have been actively lurking in here for couple of weeks (hey there) and learned a LOT from this reddit (thank you so much). While lurking and reading about BHAs and AHAs I saw that ponds had the rejuveness cream which had lactic acid and I was like "omg they sell that in my supermarket" (its hard to get good skincare thats not $$$ in a tropical island). I have also ordered a BHA skincare complete regimen (cleanser, toner, moisturizer, exfoliating scrub, mask ) from Jafra and checked it went according to everything I read here and all that jazz (the exfoliating scrub is jojoba beads as they recommend here, and the mask is like 2% or 1.5% salicylic ).I bought the ponds AHA today and i might have to wait couple of weeks for the BHA regimen to arrive. i read somewhere here that since AHAs arent oil penetrating, it was a good idea to use a BHA and then an AHA to fully exfoliate and degunk my face (which i really need like asap) . But upon further research i saw no one on that double duty bandwagon, so I created a reddit account to ask here (hello).Can i use both like together on the same day? How much would i wait between applying the BHA and AHA?Also my current regime is:cleansing (am and pm) with a dove shea butter beauty bar (it works for me, and its only temporary until my cleanser arrives)moisturizing am and pm (with a nivea anti aging nourishing moisturizer, couldnt find the name in english since it seems they only sell it in latin america)sunscreen (a jafra sun one 45 spf or another jafra one of 35 spf, depend on which is closer in the morning)I am now going to gradually add the AHA into my regimen
