Beauty Tips For Body Care
Backstory: I'm 25 and have always had pretty "easy" skin, which has led to me not taking great care of it. Lately I've noticed that my super active lifestyle has led to a lot of sun damage and what seems like premature aging. I'm not one for makeup so I want to make sure I take good care of my skin from here on out so that I don't end up looking like a piece of beef jerky on my 30th birthday. I had my revelation before discovering this subreddit and got my start at Sephora, where they sold me on pretty much the whole Murad line. I've since learned that I probably could have gotten it done cheaper, but it seems to be working pretty good and I didn't mind investing in the pricier stuff to get started on the right foot. I probably will be looking to replace it with more affordable stuff as I start to run out. My routine: AM: Wash with warm water Murad Vitamin C Toner Murad Vitamin C Serum Murad Vitamin C Eye Cream (SPF 15) Murad Skin Perfecting Lotion (Blue label) Murad Invisiblur Perfecting Shield (SPF 30) PM: Acure Facial Cleansing Creme Sometimes Stridex Red Murad Skin Perfecting Lotion (Blue label) Sometimes Burt's Bees hydrating cream Any red flags that I should address immediately? Anything I'm doing in the morning that would be more effective in the evening? Anything awesome I should add? Sunscreen Q's: I spend a LOT of time above treeline in full sun, which has led to most of my sun damage so far. The SPF 30 seems good for "regular day" usage, but I think I need something burlier for days that I'm planning on being outside. On those days should I put on both the SPF 30 and another sunscreen, or skip the SPF 30 in favor of another? I look forward to hearing what you guys think. Thanks in advance! :)
