[Sun Care] I live in sunny southern CA and was recently diagnosed with a severe Vitamin D deficiency

Beauty Tips For Body Care
I'm only posting this because I think my routine/lifestyle is fairly common among SCAers and I think maybe it would benefit a lot of you to get your levels checked like I did. I'm not a hermit, nor do I completely cover my body every day, nor do I wear sunscreen everywhere.I wear sunscreen (face and neck only) every day and never re-apply. 30 minute commute to work and sit in an office facing a big window with plenty sunlight. Go outside to get in my car to drive to lunch. Go back inside and work til 6 and the sun is setting. Drive back home.I had a checkup the other day and offhandedly asked my doctor to check my vitamin D levels. When the results came back, they noted that 30-100 was the "normal" reference range, and my result was 7. Fucking 7.So now I'm going to start taking supplements and hopefully that addresses some issues I've been going on--thinning hair, fatigue---that I previously attributed to my ripe old age of 28.TLDR: Maybe get your Vitamin D levels checked.
