[Skin concern] After using ocm my pores are filled with something yellowish? How do i get rid of this ?

So, after using the OCM, my pores are filled with something yellowish, it seems it's the oil, how in the world do i get rid this ? I tried cleaning with Vichy puerete thermale 3 in 1, but it only got rid a bit of this. This is on my nose where my pores are more prominent. Thank you.
