[Sun Care] Arms getting darker despite wearing sunscreen

Beauty Tips For Body Care
I try to stay inside as much as possible, but I play on a TAIL tennis league and we play outside so besides walking places (to my car/inside a store/walking the dog/etc), the only time I'm REALLY outside for more than 10-45 min is when I play tennis 1-2x per week, and it's generally for only 2-3 hours.I don't know if the sunscreen I have is just expired or bad, but my arms below the sleeve cut off have been getting darker. It's got to be sun, because anything covered by sleeves is noticeably whiter. I wear 45-50 SPF and I apply every 2-2.5 hours. Maybe the sunscreen is sweating off? But I doubt it because I wear spray-on sport sunscreen on my arms (Neutrogena dry-touch on days I stay mostly inside, sport sunscreen on days I play tennis). It's just frustrating because the skin on my arms is the most sun-damaged skin on my entire body. I would give almost anything to never have to expose my arms to sun again, lol, and I finally decided to start taking care of my skin by wearing and constantly re-applying sunscreen and I'm still getting sun. I'm not getting burned like I used to, but lower arms are darker than my shoulders, and it's annoying. I feel like I have middle-aged skin on my arms (got tonnnnnss of bad burns as a kid), and I'm 24.Not sure what to do, because I love tennis and I don't want to give it up just because I'm melodramatic about sun exposure. But I don't want my skin to age badly, and it's basically already started. Do you guys have recommendations for sport sunscreens? Do you think my sunscreen is just expired, is that like a thing?Sorry for the long stupid rant, I'm just annoyed
