[Sun Care] Went to the beach today with spray sunscreen on and noticed the skin on my leg, hip, and side were a little blue (pics)

I'm so confused. Here are pictures: NSFWIt's not irritated or painful at all. I was in the sun for about 60-90 minutes.My first guess was the tattoo because my skin is blue only on the one side... but the tattoo is two years old and is mostly on my leg and the blueness is mostly on my hip and side.The swim suit and dress that I wore and towel that I used have all been washed plenty of times so it can't be dye from fabric.Soap didn't seem to do anything but I used a sea salt scrub with hemp oil that came away greenish blue.A Noxema wipe came away dark blue.The blue on my skin seems to match my tan line from today (the skin under the bikini didn't get blue).So maybe it's the sunscreen? I used spray sunscreen that can't be more than a year old. Pics of the bottle are included in the album.Any thoughts?
