[Product Question] Castor Oil - Does it make eyebrows thicker, or does it just regrow what was lost?

Beauty Tips For Body Care
I've been reading about castor oil and its effects on eyebrow growth and couldn't find a straight answer to this. From my research, it looks like castor oil (and a few other things) are genuinely good at filling out eyebrows and making them thicker. But every account that I read, was from people who had previously plucked their eyebrows, or their brows were thinning because of an illness. Is there any way that something like castor oil could thicken eyebrows, as opposed to regrowing parts that were lost? I have very thin eyebrows naturally. I've never experiences any kind of hair loss and never plucked - I just want to thicken them without using makeup or doing something extreme (hair transplant surgery, no way).So if I were to do a castor oil routine and put it on every night, is there a chance that I would see a little bit of growth, where I hadn't seen growth before? I mean technically there ARE hair follicles there because everyone has tiny little hairs all over their face. I just want the follicles in the immediate eyebrow vicinity to grow to eyebrow length.
