[Misc] Because women have thinner skin than men, do women experience touch more intensely than men, and if so how significant is the difference?

I read that male skin is about 25% thicker than female skin, but I'm not sure what layers tend to be thicker. At the same time, does this difference in thickness also result in a significant difference of tactile sensation between the two sexes?
