[Routine Help] Too many problems and I'm so lost.

Beauty Tips For Body Care
Hi everyone! I’m so jealous of your skin and I desperately want to get on your level. You’re going to think that this is crazy that I’m posting here when I could be using the resources around me, because I currently work in a dermatology office. However, the routine they seem to think is best just…isn’t. I have mild acne, oily skin, pitted acne scars, PIH, huge pores, and very prominent SFs in my nose and chin. I’m not even going to worry about my under-eye circles right now. HERE are a few super close up pictures WITH MAKEUP on. I feel like the makeup accentuates my problems under these bright lights. I almost want to say it doesn’t look this bad otherwise… but I’m probably in denial. I’ve been here about a year and have mostly been using this routine:MorningRinse with water/sometimes cleanse with Cerave Hydrating Cleansing BarApply Cerave AM moisturizer with 30 SPFEveningWash with Cerave Hydrating Cleansing BarApply Tazorac 0.05% creamCerave PM moisturizerI have access to a ton of prescription samples and Cerave and Cetaphil samples, but I don't think these physicians assistants in my office can think outside the box for my problems. We also have a cosmetic center with Obagi, IS Clinical, and Revision products. I’m honestly desperate for anything that could reduce pore size and minimize SFs as a priority right now. I was thinking about adding a BHA and Paula’s Choice Skin Balancing Pore-Reducing Toner to my routine, but I think that the BHA and the Tazorac would be too much. Even if I did, where in my routine could I add this stuff?I’m 27 years old and I’ve honestly had enough. I know a lot of you know how frustrating this can be, so please share any advice you can think of.
