[Acne] I am 99% sure I have fungal acne; whats my most effective course of action for my sensitive skin?

Beauty Tips For Body Care
After searching through the threads in this subreddit, I really think I have fungal acne. This is because I suffer acne on my lower half of my cheeks, in my hairline, but most noticeably along my jawline, and to a lesser extent on my back and chest. I also have very intense dandruff which builds up a thick greasy layer under my nails if I scratch it. My spots get worse if I eat more sugar/alcohol, and oil breaks me out so badly. I've tried various types of anti acne medication (limecycline etc) and hormonal contraception targeted at acne, (Dianette etc) and nothing has ever made a difference. I've looked through threads here and found a few where people have combined using a 2% zinc soap with an antifungal treatment such as Clotrimazole on their face, so I went into Superdrug (Im in the UK) to pick some up and the packaging says NOT to use it on scalp or face. Do I just ignore this and see how my skin copes or has anyone tried anything else? My skin is very sensitive so Im having visions of chemical burns on my face... I have only been to GPs, and not dermatologists in the past, but considering the waiting lists etc where I live I kind of just want try this first and then see if it improves? Thanks for any input :)
