[Product Question] Chemistry whizzes of SCA, please help me figure out when to add new serums to my routine (and wait times, if applicable)

Beauty Tips For Body Care
Hi all! I'm new to posting but have lurked this sub for ages. Thanks to u/kjj17, I was thrilled to order some of the new (and ridiculously affordable!) serums from Deciem. I'm familiar with the general need to wait after applying PH-dependent retinols, BHAs, and AHAs, but it's less clear to me whether other key ingredients, particularly niacinamide and arbutin, require a wait.Below, I've linked the Deciem niacinamide and arbutin serums I'll be adding (if my patch tests are successful...) and summarized my routine. I'm thinking I should either apply them both after the Hadalabo HA lotion/hydrating serum, allow to dry, and then apply my night/day moisturizers OR mix both them into the night/day moisturizers. If anyone could chime in with a suggestion on when to apply the serums and whether a wait time is required (either between applying the two or before applying hydrating serum/moisturizer), then I would sincerely appreciate it!A.M.First Aid Beauty CleanserPC 2% BHA Liquid~Wait 20-30 minutes~Hadalabo Gokujun Hyaluronic Lotion MoistFirst Aid Beauty Skin Rescue Oil-Free MoisturizerFirst Aid Beauty Ultra Repair Pure Mineral Sunscreen Moisturizer SPF 40P.M.Clinique Take the Day Off Cleansing OilFirst Aid Beauty CleanserPeter Thomas Roth Retinol Fusion PM (every other night) OR Skin + Pharmacy Advanced Anti-Aging Therapy Glycolic Peel Pads (every other night)~Wait 20-30 minutes~Hadalabo Gokujun Hyaluronic Lotion MoistVanicream Skin CreamNiacinamide: http://ordinaries.com/product/rdn-niacinamide-10pct-zinc-1pct-30mlArbutin: http://ordinaries.com/product/rdn-alpha-arbutin-2pct-ha-30ml
