[Acne] The only place I get acne is on my butt and I can't get rid of it!!! [M]

I don't get acne anywhere else but my butt.I work outside and sweat a lot but I also take showers when I get home from work. I've tried BP 10%, Salicylic Acid, and BHA/AHA and I can't get a clear butt.It's super annoying. I've tried changing underwear too and that's made no difference.Help please!!
