[ROUTINE HELP] combination skin gets oily after moisturiser and sunscreen?

I currently have dehydrated oily t zone from over use of exfoliants.. My current morning routine is: Splash with water Moisturise with cosrx snail mucin essence or neutrogena oil free moisturiser Eucerin mattifying fluidMy skin esp my t zone gets really oily after an hour.. Can i just use sunscreen and not use any moisturiser in the morning???
