Beauty Tips For Body Care
Hello there! So, I have been considering Botox for a year now, but last winter when I was at my appointment, doctor just laughed and told me to come back in 5-8 years (I was 29 and just turned 30). She made me hyaluronic acid injections instead (but I honestly haven't noticed much effect). I have a forehead mimic wrinkle with which we've been together for over 10 years now, and I'm ok with it and how my skin looks, but it's this age and being single probably speaking, so I want some easy and cheap improvements :)What my concern is:My friends are divided like 70/30, where 70% been getting botox injections for years now, and 30% think it's too early. (I'm talking about my age group obviously 29-35 year olds). Skin of my friends with Botox does look better (zero visible wrinkles), but surprisingly they look older! Why is that? How to avoid it? I just want to get rid of this forehead wrinkle and keep getting ID'd every time I want to buy wine (sorry, it's my favorite compliment). Also, I have normal/prone to dryness skin and I quite like that it's not shiny, but I noticed that faces of my friends with Botox are usually super shiny/waxy on pictures. Why is that (I know it treats sweatiness, so it doesn't make much sense)?Tl; dr: Can I get a Botox injection to just treat one wrinkle and not appear older after that? Does Botox make your skin look shiny?Thank you very much in advance for your kind responses! Cheers :)
