Beauty Tips For Body Care
Unless I forget to put on deodorant that day, I have experienced no BO or anything weird or cheesy on my body. I still use shampoo and conditioner because my hair would be an insane mess without it. I also use the occasional facial cleanser for my acne, but that's about it. I don't really get sick more than once or twice a year, and I do go to the doctor for physicals regularly. My skin's actually decently smooth. I don't have acne on any other part of my body except for my face (which has an oiliness problem that I'm working on).My shower routine is basically scrubbing with hot water, applying my facial cleanser every other day, and rinsing. I do clean my ears and whatnot.I don't really know why I have an aversion to soaps. I just know that for years, I have been sickened to the point of near nausea at the casual mention, sight, or smell of it. I do wash my hands, but I will use hot water and then extra hand sanitizer that I keep with me. I don't even want to really be near people who have very recently used soap.Strong-smelling soap makes my head spin and if the smell is transferred to my skin by hand-to-hand contact, I'll scrub my hands with hot water until it's gone. Or I'll use alcohol to replace the soap smell with something more chemical. I've tried plenty of nonscented soaps, but even the sight of it turns me off from using it.Dunno if that covers everything, but yes, I'm a freak and I know it. Looking for anyone who might know of a way to possibly break this habit of mine and whether or not it's detrimental to my skin long-term. Forcing myself to do this because I know if anyone finds out, I'm pretty much going to end up with no friends, so I might as well try and deal with it.
