[product question] re: hydrating serums

Beauty Tips For Body Care
Hi guys. Just a newbie here looking for some help and advice.Recently I've noticed dry patches on my cheeks (more specifically the apples and cheekbones area). Otherwise I have normal skin with some dryness occasionally around my mouth. My night time routine is I cleanse with an oil cleanser (if I've had makeup on) and then again with a gentle non-foaming cleanser followed by an alcohol-free toner. I used to then just go in with a more emollient moisturizer but recently that hasn't been cutting it and sometimes it actually stings where I've got those dry patches.I had a look at Mecca (I'm from Australia and that's kind of our Sephora - we also have Sephoras here, but let's not get into how big of a letdown it is compared to US Sephora) and the girl there introduced me to Dr Dennis Gross's Clinical Hydration Booster and the Eve Lom Intense Hydration Serum. I was wondering if anyone's tried any of them and had any thoughts? Or if you've had any other products you think would work well, I'd appreciate that too!I don't want to say money's no object as I'd prefer to be fiscally wiser in my ways but I'm a bit more willing to splurge on skincare (especially if it actually works) because these dry patches are seriously annoying me.Thanks for your help in advance! x
