[skin concerns] Best thing to do after unsuccessfully trying to pop a cystic pimple?

I shouldn't have tried to pop it. I GET IT. But the damage is done and now it's red and oozing that clear liquid. So what's the best course of action from here?Acv? Hot compress? Ice? Any advice is appreciated...just don't tell me not to pop because I already learned my lesson!
