[Acne] My face was completely clear... now it's breaking out again. Badly. Need to vent/get advice. (Sudden onset of hormonal acne?)

Hi everyone.I don't know if anyone can help me. I'm so sad and frustrated with my skin. Back in November I had a severe acne outbreak that was worse than I had ever had, so I went to a derm and after a few scripts it was under control.I don't understand what is happening with my skin now. I was mostly clear for months and all of a sudden it's creeping back. I've stuck to my routine religiously but I'm getting new little whiteheads everyday. They almost always leave PIE as i'm very pale.For reference, i'm a 24 year old female. Is it possible to suddenly have severe hormonal acne at my age? I've never had acne on my cheeks this bad...And is the small whiteheads more of a product breakout? I changed foundations a while back, and it was fine for weeks. Could it take a while for a product breakout to show up?I'm trying my best to narrow this down. Hoping someone has experience with this and could help me.Tl;dr: sudden outbreak of acne in November cleared up and is coming back. No changes in routine.
