[Routine Help] Recently bought Garnier Micellar Water, when do I use it in my routine?

Right now, I am using a Cerave cleanser, then applying differin, then moisturizing at night.I'm kind of unsure when to use the micellar water, should I use it right before I cleanse? Or should I use it AS a cleanser?Also, if I use it before I cleanse, do I wet my face first?I read about double cleansing, and was thinking of trying it out; can I use the micellar water as my first cleanser, then use my cerave clenaser afterwards?
