[Skin Concerns] I have bedbugs. Anything I can do to prevent scarring?

This is a recent development. I have dozens and dozens and dozens of bites all over my body, and some of them are leaving some pretty rough PIH & PIE. :\ I have enough acne scars... any preventative measures I can take for my skin? I already know to wear sunscreen.
