[routine help] Oily nose, but rest of my face is very dry

I barely have a routine atm, every morning after I shower I moisturise my face, and that is it. After showering my face is very dry, so the moisturiser helps, but throughout the day(and after waking up) my nose gets very oily, but the rest of my face doesn't. On the wiki I have found some helpful information, but not really anything for when some of your face is dry but then some is oily. What should I do?
