Hey guys. I'm trying to work out how some people can never ever pick their spots/black heads/CC's because I want to become one of those people!Every week I get a few new spots, wait for them to come to a head, then squeeze all the pus out and let them heal. Same with CC's and blackheads that are starting to look ready to be extracted. I have some scarring from treating my mild acne this way over the last 10 years (I'm 25).What would happen if I just completely left them? Just to add, I haven't had any success with hydrocolloid bandages and I can't use acids or retinol/retinoids at the moment due to sensitive skin.My experiences so far:Firstly, I had some clogged pores on my cheek which I left for about 2 years and when I finally gave in and extracted them I was left with stretched out pores which never went away.Secondly, I had an acne cyst on my cheek that I completely didn't touch and after 3 months it went away and left a pitted scar :(Thirdly, if I leave a spot that has come to a head and don't squeeze it, it eventually bursts itself while Im washing my face but it doesn't clear fully so I have to help squeeze the rest out or else I have a kind of gooey scabby spot on my face that is trying to resolve itself but can't.What are other peoples experiences and can someone explain how they would just resolve themselves if I completely left them?TD;LR What happens to spots/black head/CC's if you just never squeeze them and leave them to do their thing indefinitely? My aim is to never pick, squeeze or touch my face!
