[misc] The difference not burning your face off with acid can make...

Beauty Tips For Body Care
Pic: https://imgur.com/34sNT1L(L-R) First pic 11th Dec, second pic 14th Dec and last pic today.. 22nd Dec. All 3 pictures taken at the same place, beside the window in my office. So 11 days isn't really enough time for a true 'before and after' therefore I didn't give it that tag, however I'm in shock to how quickly my skin has responded.Long story short I had these bumps (CC's) on my cheeks for approx 6 months, bought every acid that TO sold to try and treat them and with my lack of knowledge (before discovering this sub) I was acid toning with TO glycolic 7%, followed by TO niacinamide serum and lactic acid 10% every night.. along with using their 30% AHA + 2% BHA peel twice a week AND the aztec clay mask with ACV twice a week also.. and surprise surpise that didnt work. So I done more research and came to the conclusion I had fungal acne.. therefore ditching all the above products because of their ingredients and slapping nizoral and thrush cream on my face instead.. this also, didn't work. What DID work though, was realising my skin was reaaaaally reaaaaaaaaaly dehydrated. A crap moisturiser, acid abuse and office air con 40 hours a week had dried my skin to a crisp. Back to square one.For the first few days all I used was a gentle cleanser, toner, moisturiser and vaseline and seen an instant improvement in how my skin looked and felt. Now my current routine is as follows: AM: Avene Extremely Gentle Cleanser, Simple Kind To Skin Soothing Facial Toner, TO Niacinamide 10% + Zinc 1%, TO Hyaluronic Acid 2% + B5, Avene Tolerance Extreme Emulsion, (Also a humidifier in the office and in my bedroom)PM: Simple Cleansing Oil, Avene Extremely Gentle Cleanser, TO Niacinamide 10% + Zinc 1%, TO Hyaluronic Acid 2% + B5, Granactive Retinoid 2% Emulsion, Avene Tolerance Extreme EmulsionI'm still to scared to reintroduce the Glycolic toner, Lactic Acid, AHA/BHA mask or the clay mask and probably won't until the New Year. Onwards and upwards though!Edit: Commas
