[Review] I hopped on the Avene/Caudalie bandwagon

Beauty Tips For Body Care
I hit up one of Montreal’s drugstores while there for a bachelorette party (needed tights last minute and ended up buying skincare, if this ain’t me) and was pleasantly surprised when I saw an entire row of French beauty. They don’t have to order this shit online?! They can just buy it at their local drugstore?! Anyway, I was looking for the Avene Antirougeurs Cleansing Milk but couldn’t find it, so I picked up the Extremely Gentle Cleansing Lotion thinking it would work just as well. I also picked up a Caudalie set that came in a box that looked like a giant jolly rancher and it had their Micellar Water, Vinosource Moisturizing Sorbet, and Vinosource SOS serum. My skin loves these products. So much so that I notice a difference when I haven’t used them.1) I never knew I would like a cleansing lotion because the ones I’ve tried in the past felt greasy upon application and I felt like I was just making my face dirtier.2) The Vinosource SOS Serum has become a staple in my beauty routine and I will be purchasing a full size when it runs out. It’s lightweight and watery but it soaks into the skin really well- there isn’t any leftover residue.3) I would argue that The Vinosource Moisturizing Sorbet is better than DE’s Lala. IMO it’s lighter and more airy. What’s your opinion on these products if you’ve tried them? If not, what are some recent skincare discoveries you ended up loving?
