Beauty Tips For Body Care
I've been struggling with how I feel about the way I look a lot recently because of how down my acne gets me. I've done a lot of research on methods I can try to use to stop my skin being so bad but nothing much has helped.I feel like my acne comes a lot from the things I eat. I've always ate anything I want, mostly unhealthy, because of having a good metabolism and just knowing I won't gain weight. I started eating healthier to try and see if my skin improves at all (cutting out dairy and sugar drastically) and for a moment it did. My acne became less inflamed and less painful, but the minute I started eating junk food again my skin went crazy.As far as skincare products go, I just use a face wash and moisturizer, sometimes a spot zapping gel if my acne is really bad on that day. I find that using a bunch of fancy expensive products each day and night just breaks me out more, keeping my routine simple just seems to work for me.If anyone has any tips on things I can eat more of to help reduce my acne I would really appreciate it! Also if anyone knows how I can fade acne scarring that'd be a great help too, thanks in advance.(I have an oily skin type and am 17 btw)
