Beauty Tips For Body Care
I’ve been doing research and reading posts about how a common cause of dark under eye circles is simply a lack of pigment in the under eye skin. Then, I thought about my self-tanning lotion that I got out for the summer... Please feel free to tell me if this idea is stupid or dangerous. What if one were to... put self tanning lotion* on your under eyes? Would this increase pigmentation there? Am I insane?*To be clear, I am referring to products that add pigment to the skin without sun, not tanning oil or lotion.
