Beauty Tips For Body Care
Hello everyone, as the title states when you go in for your yearly checkup and get blood word done. Be sure you ask for a vitamin D test as well.I have a vitamin D deficiency, which is made worse by living in a low sun city, working indoors, allergic to dairy, and wearing sunscreen all the time. That all said I am outlier not the rule.Anyways the test would be free if you get it with your routine checkup (US only).I know a lot of people here wear sunscreen religiously as well and vitamin D is very important. So be sure to keep an eye on your levels.Top risk groups for vitamin D issues areHaving dark skin.Being elderly.Being overweight or obese. Not eating much fish or dairy.Living far from the equator where there is little sunsl year-round.Always using sunscreen when going out.Staying indoors.Low vitamin D can also cause a lot of problems from increased infection, loss of bone density, hair loss, tiredness and fatigue, and more.So as a little PSA, be sure you go to the doctor yearly and also be sure you get your vitamin D checked.
