[Acne] Unsure of claims my derm made regarding skincare and acne. Please help

Beauty Tips For Body Care
Here are a few claims my derm made which I'm unsure about and wanna see what this subreddit thinks of:Told me I'm not supposed to moisturize before or after using epiduo, as one is drying and the other is hydrating so they counteract each other, so I should only moisturize in morning.Cerave hydrating cleanser is only to be used for dry/normal skin and not oily/acne prone.Told me to stop using my basic moisturizer and gave me a few sachets of a moisturizer with this ingredient list . I just tried it and it was mild but the ingredients seem scary. When I started epiduo (1 month ago) he prescribed me doxycycline along with it but for only 15 days (everyone on this forum says it should be used for 2-3 months minimum?), now after a second arrangement told me to use Imex - topical cream w/ Tetracycline in the AM, after I run out of it I should use Fucidin cream (w/ Fusidic acid)I asked about probiotics/supplements and he said they aren't very effective but still suggested me a supplement that contains: Brewer's yeast, Zinc, Magnesium, Selenium, Vitamins A, E, D; My diet is good so I don't think I need that but I still bought Vit D3 and a probiotic, I'm also thinking of Omega 3?Sunscreen - Recommended me the LRP Anthelios Anti-Imperfections SPF 50+ which has salicylic acid, is it better than LRP Anthelios Fluid Invisible(which I'm currently using)?Thank you if you've read everything! I'll really appreciate it if someone can give comprehensive answer <3
