[Skin Concerns] Hyperpigmentation is so exhausting to deal with, I could really use some recommendations.

Beauty Tips For Body Care
Hi! I've lurked on this sub for quite a while and learned so many things from it (most of my knowledge on skincare I learned from here!) and throughout lurking through this subreddit I have targeted my two main concerns with my skin: extreme sebaceous filaments and hyperpigmentation. After a year of tretinoin (worked up to a nightly basis of 0.05%) I've managed to mostly clean out my pores and get skin that I'm actually really happy with. Just a year ago my skin looked so dull and clogged that I would get comments from several people about my blackheads and tips on how to get rid of them. One thing that hasn't changed all that much though is my hyperpigmentation. I have a somewhat darker skin-tone (olive? I think?) and from what I know, darker skin tones = rougher hyperpigmentation. I've used AHAs, BHAs, been using vitamin C daily for over a year now, niacinamide etc.. with little to no progress. It takes so long for any hyperpigmentation on my face to fade that by the time it does slightly fade out a new one pops out in roughly the same spot and there's just no end to it.I do use an SPF 50 sunscreen daily (even indoors, at this point) over a vitamin c serum in the mornings and a niacinamide/vitamin C serum + tretinoin at night with a gentle AHA twice a week but haven't seen satisfying results. So to my darker skin-toned peeps, are there any products that genuinely helped with fading hyperpigmentation?
