Beauty Tips For Body Care
Hi there! I'm an 24yo F and I've been struggling with acne for more than 10 years. After a lot of treatments that never helped my dermatologist recommended me Tretinoin at 0.05%. I'm at week six, using a "pea" of Tretinoin cream every third night (two nigths of rest) over an oclusive mosturicer.I have sensitive, dry, acne prone skin and I'm experiencing extreme irritation.I've cut out all other actives except Niacinamide (my dermatologist recommended me to keep using it).Every yt video, blog etc. Has shown me that at week six people are not only done with the irritation, but even reducing the rest days between. I'm scared it might be hurting my skin, but since covid I can't go to my dermatologist till six moths from now. (Spanish public health normal times).The only thing that has helped me with the irritation is Hyaluronic Acid, but here the winter is so dry I'm scared it will be worse over time.¿Have you experience something like this? ¿Do you have any tip?If you need any other information I'll be glad to provide it, and also, sorry for my English, not my first language.
