[Skin Concerns] Help me find the cause of my broken capillaries!

Beauty Tips For Body Care
TLDR; Which of the following could be the cause of my broken capillaries?-daily tretinoin 0,025 gel combined with clindamycin (Acnatac)-supplements: 1000 mg fish oil and 22 mg zinc a day-mineral based sunscreen (neostrata defend spf 50 and md solar sciences spf 30)-squalane cleaner the ordinaryBackground story:Hi!I started using tretinoin (0,025 gel with clindamycin) 4 months ago and did not have any adverse effects like irritation or peeling. About 6 weeks later I started getting tiny bright red spots scattered around my face. They look like petechiae but are broken capillaries. I had it checked by my derm, but he said he the tretinoin doest not cause this. He doesn't know what does cause it, he thought about rosacea but because I don't have any other symptoms (like flushing) he does not think this might be it. He prescribed 0,05 tret cream last week and since then have been using this after moisturizer every 2 days.I think it is strange that the broken capillaries started a few weeks after starting tretinoin. Yesterday however I found a broken capillary above my eye and I don't put the tret anywhere near there, so maybe there is another cause to these capillaries. There's a few things I changed at the same time of starting tret, could there be anything else that I use which is causing these broken capillaries?-omega 3 supplements (1000 mg fish oil) and 22 mg chelated zinc a day-mineral based sunscreen (neostrata defend spf 50 and md solar sciences spf 30) reapply 2 times a day and avoiding the sun (I'm not outside a lot and it has been overcast weather mostly. when sunny wearing cap and sunglasses).-double cleansing with squalane cleanser by The Ordinary (and Toleriane wash from LRP but was already using this before).-Yasmin birth control (drosperinone), but I have used this a few years ago as well without problems.- I also have a small deficiency in iron and vit D, and will start supplementing soon.My derm already told me the only thing that can be done about broken capillaries is laser treatments... My biggest concern is: how do I stop these capillaries from apearing? Should I stop the tretinoin? It has been working so well for my skin texture, but of course I don't want to damage my skin any further.
