[acne] I've neglected acne breakouts on my back for years and now they've left marks all over my back. I want to start some skin care routines to fix it. But is it fixable at this point?

It started from my shoulders but it's all over my back now. Seriously regretting the fact that I neglected it.Is it fixable at this point? If yes, where should I start?I've learnt from this sub that benzoyl peroxide helps in reducing hyperpigmentation. Should I just get it and rub it all over my back? Also, since the skin on my back isn't as sensitive as my face, is there any other solution for such a situation?Looking forward to your advice!
