Beauty Tips For Body Care
I have read and learned a lot from this sub, but have also felt a little overwhelmed. I remember reading not to use some products concurrently. I think it was something along the lines of don’t use retinoids followed by [???] or it will damage your skin. Or you have to wear sunscreen after using a BHA. Can someone make a simple list of what to do/what not to do or mix? Some of this stuff isn’t immediately obvious or mentioned on product labels. I just want to make sure I’m not doing more harm than good.
