[Routine Help] I need help with hyperpigmentation, I know what I should use but not how to apply.

I would like to start this by saying that I never had a skincare routine, but I would like to start one to treat my hyperpigmentation and sun spots on my face.I've done some research and find the products I should include in the routine but have no idea when and how far in-between I should apply them and how long do i leave them on. The first things I'm doing is buying a sunscreen with the great protection and apply it everyday. But need your help with the routine before it.If you believe you can help me with picking better skincare products, please do so.
