[Acne] I’ve started to use Differin for my acne. Any recommendations on how to make my skin feel a bit better?

The first 3 days were ok, but now my skin is flaking around my smile area. It is dry, and it stings a little bit. I read it is bad to use a harsh cleansers (PanOxyl) when using Differin... So I decided to use (PanOxyl) in the morning, and switch to a gentler cleanser at night when using Differin. But it is still painful (kinda sting) when I try to use my regular skincare (toner, essence, serum, and moisturizer).If there something that can help me?
