[Skin Concerns] how might facial sweating and flushing affect micro needling recovery/healing?

I have an appointment set up for next week for micro needling for old acne discoloration. I’ve been waiting a couple months for this appointment. I’m having trouble with my cortisol levels and get a lot of facial flushing, warmth, and sweating. Do you guys think this could affect the healing and results?
