I use them probably every other day and although they do help stop whiteheads and big red spots I still get lots of blackheads. It's typically on my back/shoulders and have been dealing with this 10+ years. I was on antibiotics that my doctor prescribed many years back, however it just came back as soon as i stopped taking them.
