[Skin concerns] Could anyone help me identify how to clear up my back or what's wrong with it?

My back isn't clear and has these spots all over it. I don't think it's acne since they're not white heads and I can't pop them, so does anyone have any ideas and/or suggestions? Any help is appreciated!Disregard the rashes on my shoulder blades. That was my doing, oops haha...Pictures of my back!
