[Routine Help] Feedback on application for benzoyl peroxide, retin-a (.04), hydroquinone (4) and moisturizers.

Beauty Tips For Body Care
Skin Type: Combination, Male 27 South Asian.September 2015 - November 2015:I have had a resurgence of acne in the last year. I think due to major stress (now over). Ever since the resurgence I have been battling to control it again, and I think I have been in a viscous cycle of messing with my skin and making it worse. My routine used to be 5% BP cream and moisturizer everyday, but I discontinued this routine after the resurgence.November 2015 - May 2016The main issue was/is my left cheek where some painful lesions appeared. These were new to me as they felt shallow and yet were painful and had no "head." I almost want to chalk it up the electric razor I bought around that time to shave my beard. It cut closer than usual and I think it caused folliculitis. It is also possible I got a staph infection in that area on on my face.In response to this cheek breakout I tried some courses of antibiotics (which generally worked). As of last week I am discontinuing/finished the antibiotics. The acne from the last year has left some pigmentation marks and mild scarring. Also, I have caused some pigmentation marks and light scarring from self treating with 20% TCA during the initial cheek breakout. I am kicking myself because the first time I treated with the TCA it worked wonderfully in addition to the antibiotics. Then in my typical style I decided to use it again on the PIH a month later but I over did it. I have used 15% TCA in the past. This brings us to where I am at now:May 2016 - Present:To combat the "natural" and self inflicted pigmentation I got a prescription for 4% hydroquinone and .044% Retin A.Cerave foaming wash morningHydroquinone on marks morning (includes 15 spf)Cerave foaming wash eveningRetin- A before bedHydroquinone before bed (sometimes)I have been using this combo/routine since May 1st.I have seen some slight improvement in the pigmentation in the last month. Lightening of the darkest spots and the lighter spots are now more reddish brown.I might be starting to see an initial breakout from the Retin-A (5 weeks into Retin-A)...but maybe I am just breaking out in general to due something else? Lack of moisturizing?QuestionI want to add a Benzoyl Peroxide wash into the routine in the shower and find a suitable moisturizing routine.I fear that since I am off the antibiotics I am going to get more acne. And this will become a new breakout problem rather than just treating old PIH marks. My plan:Morning:Benzoyl peroxide washMoisturizer with sunscreenEvening:Cerave washBefore Bed:Retin AHydroquinoneThanks for anyone who read this!
