[Skin Concern] Woke up with red flakes all over my upper body, further questions about skin redness/flushing.

Hello I just woke up from a 30 min nap with red flakes like these. http://imgur.com/a/FjwO3 (nsfw-ish - my chest and a part of my nipple is visible, i am male tho, sorry guys)Now i get it that it's probably just from pressure because I was lying on my chest but I am just concerned about how easy my body/face gets really red.I have got a very mild social anxiety and when I speak with teachers at school my face always start burning up and my entire face turns red. I took accutane a year ago and have scars on my face which makes my flushing very uneven and flaky. It looks horrible. This also happens after running and when lifting. I am very self aware about it and I truly hate it. Now as I am writing it, 20 minutes after waking up the redness on body is fading up, but while it was still bright red it was also burning hot.I have also been to derm discussing my skin redness and flushing. She told me I have rosacea, and prescribed me Ichtamol creme which was supposed to reduce the amount of blood vessels on my face(?). However it didn't help at all.Afterwards we did allergy test, and it turned out I had no allergic reactions. After that she just told me to stay away from all the factors that contributed to my flushing, and I stopped visiting her.I really don't know what my options are, if I am just supposed to wait it out and pray that it wil get better as I get older, but I would really like it to dissapear by now, it's really making my daily life so hard because I can flush whenever and I can't control it.For my routine I only use moisturizers because my face is still very dry 1 year after accutane. I don't put anything on my face except moisturizers. In the morning I use Avéne Tolerance Creme, and I started using Eucerin Redness Relief Night Creme in the evening.If someone has any suggestion I would be very happy to hear from your advices. Thank you.
