[Skin Concern] Huge spots developing out of nowhere and I'm at a loss for what to do!

Here is my skin as of now. The spots are really painful, and I have three more huge ones developing, all on my chin. This is really out of the blue for me as I've been happy with my routine and haven't gotten any big spots like this for over two months! My skintype errs on the dry side.Current Routine:AM:cleanser - Soap and Glory's face soap and clarity vitamin C washmoisturiser - Garnier Moisture Bomb 3-in-1 moisturiserPM:Cleanser - Garnier Micellar water and L'oreal extraordinary oils facial cleanserNip + Fab glycolic fix padsMoisturiser - Neutrogena Hydro Boost water gel moisturiserI've also been spot treating my acne with chamomile tea. Any help would be appreciated for this, because I really want to prevent any more big ones from coming up!
